Excursion to Cetara & Minori

Visit of the small picturesque fishing village of Cetara famous for the “colatura di alici” a transparent amber-colored anchovy sauce. 
The tour starts with a walk of the historical center including the Church of St. Peter (the patron saint of Cetara), famous for the beautiful dome.
Your walk will continue to the the marina to view the beautiful watch tower, built in the XV century to defend the population against the attacks of pirates. 
Enjoy some free time in Cetara for shopping of local products.                                                     

Late morning departure for the enchanting seaside hamlet of Minori (approx. 30 minutes). Visit a suggestive limoncello workshop, where you will be able to follow the different stages of the lemon’s production transformation to obtain as a final product out “limoncello” liqueur.                                                               
Free time to lunch.
In the afternoon visit to the splendid Villa Marittima Romana of Minori, a precious archeological site dating back to the first century AD,  with elegant mosaics, frescoes and stucco.
